  • imatinib (Gleevec®)
  • erlotinib (Tarceva®)
  • dasatinib (Sprycel®)
  • everolimus (Afinitor®)
  • lapatinib (Tykerb®)
  • nilotinib (Tasigna®)
  • pazopanib (Votrient®)
  • sorafenib (Nexavar®)
  • sunitinib (Sutent®)
The medications that pose a threat to the effectiveness of oncology drugs are:
  • calcium channel blockers
  • some antibiotics
  • antifungal agents
  • steroids
  • proton pump inhibitors..........
