I would think that the diet of these women studied for the 3- 5 years preceding OVCA would be the same diet they continue on after DX. I think it is almost impoosible to determine that it was the diet before and not the diet after unless the diet after DX changed. Am I mising something here?

Hi Pam. I agree and decades of research has not proven any conclusive link to ovarian cancer. Comments welcome (please include reference source/s).
