The American Civil Liberties Union wants to hear from you if your doctor or counselor has ever advised you to get the BRCA genetic test. The BRCA genetic test looks for mutations that might correlate with a higher susceptibility to breast and ovarian cancer. If you have gotten tested or seriously considered it, please fill out the survey below. We have filed a suit challenging the legality of patenting human genes.
