Conclusion The modified FIGO staging for ovarian carcinoma appears superior to the current staging for discriminating survival outcomes of patients with surgical spillage, retroperitoneal LN metastasis without extrapelvic peritoneal involvement, or distant metastasis to supraclavicular LNs.
