Sandi Pniauskas: Not one of my physicians is overpaid - not one. Other patients and families who have complex care/needs might feel the same. If there is an issue with a select few physicians then take it up with those isolated cases. This gives the public the wrong impression and only aggravates the already negative communications (eg. physician/gov't contracts).
